How Is Onyfix Applied?

Step 1: Before applying Onyfix, the toenail is carefully filed and smoothed to create an even surface for optimal application. The nail folds are thoroughly cleared of any debris, and the entire nail plate is cleansed with a cotton swab to ensure the nail is clean and properly prepared.

Step 2: Onyfix primer is applied evenly across the nail plate to prepare the surface and promote optimal adhesion of the Onyfix composite.
Step 3: The primer is cured with LED light for 60 seconds.
Step 4: The Onyfix composite is applied to the base of the toenail. If needed, an additional band may be applied to the top of the nail while gently lifting it with a probe.
Step 5: The bands are then cured with LED light for another 60 seconds.
